job descriptionThis position supports the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function within IT Cybersecurity and plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance efforts. Key responsibilities include managing the cybersecurity awareness training platform by configuring training modules, administering user accounts, monitoring participation and compliance, assigning required learning paths, tracking completion metrics, generating management reports, and coordinating with HR and IT to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Additional duties include participating in cybersecurity and IT risk assessments, maintaining risk registers, and ensuring accurate documentation of risk mitigation activities. The role also assists in developing and updating cybersecurity awareness policies, standards, and procedures, and stays current on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats to continuously strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity program.
