Description

Under general supervision, responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the Housing and Community Affairs Division. The position processes invoices, assists with financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping while also serving as the Division’s first point of contact for visitors and inquiries. The employee must exercise independent judgment and initiative in completing assignments and handling public contact situations. Reports to a division supervisor or department head.
