The Office of Administration - Risk Management Program is seeking intern within our State Employee’s Workers Compensation program. This would be a supporting role within the program by helping our team with day-to-day tasks noted in the key responsibilities section. This internship will p rovide an opportunity to become familiar with risk management and the ability to n etwork with professionals in state government and risk management. This internship will also give you the practical experience and a better understanding of public service by administering benefits and ensuring statutory compliance.

• Scanning of case files
• Organization of incoming fax/mail documents
• Assisting with file archiving
• Scheduling of medical appointments for injured workers
• Filing of claim documents

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• General computer software knowledge

• Customer Service
• Organization
• Problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication
