Performs complex administrative support work in the Human Relations Office. Responsible for the coordination of education outreach, special events, training and travel, purchasing, accounting, processing grant payment/drawdowns; maintaining financial records including grant files and similar financial support functions; and assisting with screening and case preparation. This position involves complicated work with varied procedures and/or work methods that permit initiative and independent judgment. Responsible for performing a variety of administrative support work for the Human Relations Manager and lead direction to other administrative support. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Human Relations Manager and reviewed through evaluation of reports submitted, conferences, frequent discussions, and results achieved. May be required to work and/or participate in community events and Human Relations activity deemed necessary by the Director/Manager, including hours after 5:00 p.m., weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree, experience responding to verbal and written inquiries, and one (1) year specialized experience performing administrative support; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Fair Housing Experience preferred.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
Salary:
USD 22.61 - 28.83 per hour
