Job Description:

Purpose:

Under general direction, this position is responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering, and assessing training programs for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Local and State-wide staff.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:


Responsibilities - Supervisor and/or Leadership Exercised:

Responsible for the full range of supervisory activities including selection, training, evaluation, counseling, and recommendation for dismissal.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.


Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation with a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, or Home Economics, which includes twelve (12) semester hours in food and nutrition, plus three (3) years relevant work experience.

The WIC Training Coordinator will under general direction be responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering and assessing training programs for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Local and State-wide staff.

Salary:

Min $65,390.00 - Mid $81.740.00 (Commensurate with experience)

Location:

2400 Grove Campus

Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM-1:30 PM

(some occasional nights and weekends)
