Description

Looking for a great opportunity to work in Outdoor Recreation? Join H.A.R.D.’s growing Outdoor Recreation team as we launch challenge-course experiences at Rowell Ranch. We’re looking for a field leader who pairs excellent facilitation with rock-solid technical judgment.

The ideal candidate holds a current ACCT Level II certification, leads with “challenge by choice,” communicates clearly at height and on the ground, and keeps programs flowing from set-up to wrap-up. You’re comfortable serving as the on-site technical lead when needed; keeping rescue readiness sharp; and knowing when to pause or modify activities for safety. You’re organized about daily inspections, gear checks, and compliance documentation; practiced with belay systems and life-safety equipment; and skilled at mentoring facilitators to create positive, equitable group experiences. You carry First Aid/CPR/AED and a valid CA driver license, thrive outdoors (including at height), and can flex to mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as programs demand.
