We are currently seeking a Temporary Risk Analyst to join our Risk Management team. This role plays a vital part in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks that impact City operations, assets, and services.

Job Description:

Purpose:

Under general supervision, develop, administer, and implement risk management programs within one or more departments or Citywide.

We’re seeking a Temporary Risk Analyst to help manage and reduce risk across City operations. This role supports insurance programs, analyzes data, and collaborates with departments to identify and mitigate potential exposures.

Salary Range: $34.44 - $43.74

One Texas Center

Days and Hours:

Monday - Friday.
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Hours may vary due to operational needs. An alternative schedule and remote work/teleworking options are available, but position requires a minimum of 40% per week in office standard.

Driving Requirement:

If you are selected for this position and meet the Driver Safety Standards in the City of Austin Driver Safety Program, you may drive when necessary to multiple locations as part of your regular job duties. Otherwise, you are responsible for getting to and from these locations.
