Position Description
Directs, plans, coordinates and supervises the operation and activities of a specialized unit or small department; develops and implements policies and procedures, administers the budget, organizes tasks and sets priorities. Serves as liaison with university personnel and community at large. Works under general supervision with broad latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Major/Essential Functions
The work location for this position can be at any of the following campuses: Amarillo, Abilene, Dallas, or Lubbock. This is an excellent chance for candidates across various locations to explore new possibilities with TTUHSC.

• Assist the Vice Chair for Experiential Programs in the development of reports as requested by administration, faculty, and/or staff.
• Oversee the budget and fiscal planning for the Experiential Programs Office.
• Provide supervision of all Experiential Programs staff.
• Provide supervision of the development and dissemination of communication related to pharmacy practice experiences for all students.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related area plus five years of progressively responsible management experience OR a combination of education and/or years of experience in management to equal a minimum of 9 years.
