Major Duties

Under general supervision, the Coordinator for Residential Student Success ensures comprehensive academic success initiatives, oversees tutoring and mentorship programs, coordinates inclusive residential communities, and collaborates extensively across campus to promote student retention. Provides critical support in planning impactful programming, assessing initiatives, and facilitating professional team development.
