You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects and initiatives stay on track, while also providing a high level of executive support.

Your proficiency with modern office software will be essential in creating polished documents, tracking data, and supporting HR reporting and process improvement efforts.

The Vice President for Human Resources oversees key areas that include employee and labor relations, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, and professional development and training. In this role, you’ll support both routine administrative functions and complex projects that advance the college’s people-centered goals. Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail are essential.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Over the summer the schedule changes to Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Friday off. As an exempt position, hours may vary based on departmental needs.

Minimum Qualifications

*Associate degree education equivalency is a 1 to 1 equivalency, one year of responsible work experience related to the classification for each full year (24-30 units) of college.
