Enterprise Application Administrator I: $28.90-$38.29

Enterprise Application Administrator II: $31.51-$41.74

Enterprise Application Administrator III: $34.34-$45.50

Performs professional and technical work in the delivery of support to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. This includes troubleshooting complex applications and software for all users, such as operations, development, and other business units. This position is also responsible for creating and deploying feedback mechanisms for end users, analyze results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes. Enterprise Application Administrator must be able to work independently or in a team to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify, and isolate technical issues. Work is performed under limited supervision of the Systems Integration Manager and is evaluated while in progress and upon completion through direct observation, discussion, review of established procedures, and achievement of desired results. Enterprise Application Administrator typically work as part of a team to create and maintain GIS data, applications, and tools to support the geographic information system. An employee in this position performs professional, technical, and analytical work with geospatial applications, mapping, and data analysis. Tasks may include but are not limited to maintaining geospatial databases, imagery analysis, or using GIS feature data sets to create specialized maps or applications to help clients interpret data, identify trends, and highlight data patterns. Geospatial data management and GIS application development experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

Enterprise Application Administrator I: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, Geographical Information Systems , or related field and two (2) years’ experience in supporting complex enterprise packaged (vendor) software solutions, in the Microsoft Windows operating environment; interpreting and writing SQL queries and supporting integrations utilizing APIs; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an applicable technical environment.

Enterprise Application Administrator II: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, Geographical Information Systems , or related field and four (4) years’ experience in supporting complex enterprise packaged (vendor) software solutions, in the Microsoft Windows operating environment; interpreting and writing SQL queries and supporting integrations utilizing APIs; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an applicable technical environment. In addition, candidate has the ability to work independently, troubleshoot incidents and design & architect solutions based on City standards.

Enterprise Application Administrator III: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, Geographical Information Systems , or related field and six (6) years’ experience in supporting complex enterprise packaged (vendor) software solutions, in the Microsoft Windows operating environment; interpreting and writing SQL queries and supporting integrations utilizing APIs; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an applicable technical environment. In addition, candidate has the ability to work independently, lead a team, troubleshoot incidents and design & architect solutions based on City standards.

Additional Qualifications for Promotion:

Promotions are not to be considered an automatic function of longevity and are subject to the review and authorization of the Supervisor. The employee’s last performance review must have resulted in an overall rating of Meets standards or better with no factor rating of less than meets.
