The salary reflected represents the base pay for this position and does not include any differential for time-of-service pay for state tenure. We are recruiting to fill a Research Management Analyst I position to perform entry level statistical and research position involving the gathering, analysis, and reporting of statistical data. Work involves organizing and implementing assigned data gathering tasks which may include collection and tabulation of data, analysis and interpretation of statistics, and writing of reports on the results.
- Gathers statistical data; analyzes data and provides statistical reports
- Collects and analyzes data and determines necessity for work performed, applicability of work unit standards, workload, projections, deviations from standards and effectiveness of processes and procedures
- Carries out the designated activities, prepares a written report or visual presentation of studies, findings, recommendations, and/or conclusions, following the approval of the project design
- Analyzes data using appropriate techniques and statistics; interprets and presents findings in written form
- Manipulates computer software for statistics, spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, presentations, and publishing
Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management.
Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
Preferred qualifications - Working knowledge of statistical analysis and its relationship to levels of measurement
- Working knowledge of personal computer skills as well as word processing, database, presentation, statistical, and graphics software applications
- Ability to work on multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- Ability to apply analytical skills and problem solving techniques.
- Ability to apply sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analytical processes to social science research methodologies
