Position DescriptionPerforms supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.
Major/Essential Functions- Provides clerical support to faculty
- Create and maintain faculty schedules for administration and clinical
- Organize all appointments for faculty
- Complete conference registrations for faculty
- Prepare and submit travel for faculty
- Create and maintain confidential records
- Prepare correspondence, forms, contracts and other documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings to include: room reservations, ordering meals, preparing materials, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
- Renew licenses, memberships and insurance. and maintain record of expiration date
- Prepare faculty leave requests
- Ensure clinics are closed
- Send calendar invites
- Other duties as assigned
Required QualificationsHigh school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.
