Description

Overview:

The Central Services Division (CSD) team works in partnership with agency divisions providing coaching on human resource policies and procedures, financial management and adherence to fiscal responsibility. We value and respect our fellow team members across the Montana Department of Justice.

Job Overview:

The Human Resources Generalist 1 is responsible for a wide variety of tasks to support the daily operations in HR. This includes HR metrics, posting positions, screening applications, interviewing for all of DOJ's divisions positions, managing paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, and conducting new employee orientation.

Additionally, the position will be responsible for assisting with the HR email inbox, processing confidential information, DocuSign management, and conducting Ergonomic Assessments.

This is a modified position, legislatively funded through the legislature every two years.
