Please note: The salary range listed in this job description is a base salary. Applicants eligible for years-of-service adjustments or shift differentials may exceed salary range listed above.

This position will be located at Echo Bluff State Park 35244 Echo Bluff Drive: Eminence, MO. Shift is Monday through Friday (five 8-hour days per week), 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (30-minute lunch break). Shifts may vary with the time of year and to meet the needs of the facility; that could include working nights, weekends, holidays, evenings, and split shifts. Must be available to participate in meetings, workshops and seminars requiring overnight stays.

Located in a very scenic and rural portion of Missouri this position is a great opportunity to manage the Current River Management Unit consisting of Echo Bluff State Park, Current River State Park, and the Trails of the Roger Pryor Pioneer Backcountry. The area is an outdoor recreation haven within the management unit and Ozark National Scenic Riverways with ample opportunities in the area for floating the scenic riverways, hiking, backpacking, camping, etc.



To be successful in this position, a candidate will need the following skills:



Equivalent to those typically gained by:



Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs is preferred.
