Job Location: - The office for this position is located at the Harry S. Truman State Office Building, 301 W High Street, Jefferson City, MO. 65101.
Why you’ll love this position:The primary responsibility of this position is web application development for the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division using Microsoft .Net. This includes designing, developing, and maintaining web and desktop applications to support the Department of Revenue's business processes.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Revenue (DOR).

- This position is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of Department of Revenue web-based applications to enhance the performance and reliability of our current web based object oriented applications within a .NET development environment.
- Applies advanced skills, concepts, practices, and procedures to complete several small to medium projects or a complex component of a large project.
- Functions will include developing and maintaining interfaces, developing third party component integrations, and implements Department of Revenue custom business functionality.
- This technical position coordinates, participates in team development, responsible to provide customer and technical support.
- The ideal candidate will have solid technical skills in web application development, with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. Including but not limited to following .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services, Microsoft SQL, and Scripting Languages.
- You must be organized, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter, and problem solver who can work on a team with multiple developers and the desire to continually develop new skills.
- Additional job knowledge, skills, and abilities would be business analysis, quality assurance, and critical thinking.

$53,102.59-$71,115.60 per Year
