This position will be located at
Missouri State Parks Central Office, 1659 E Elm Street, Jefferson City MO 65101 - Process payment documents for the Visitor Services Program.
- Help compile budget information and manage the program’s eight (8) budgets.
- Assist with procurement for the program.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding team members.
- Assist program director and three section chiefs.
- Assist program with various administrative needs, including ordering supplies, filing and organizing. Schedule and coordinate meeting details and travel arrangements.
- Assist at the State Parks Warehouse at Osage Beach, Mo. pulling, packaging, and shipping orders.
- Assist with distribution of brochures and packages.

- Knowledge of filing, typing, entering data, maintaining records, and using and completing forms.
Equivalent to those typically gained by: - Previous administrative experience preferred.
