ABOUT THE POSITION

The Clark County Manager’s Office seeks a creative, agile, and solutions-oriented team member with public sector experience, leadership, and analytical skills. This individual will manage high-impact projects and county-wide initiatives as a Senior Management Analyst. The role will involve performing various complex administrative and analytical duties, supporting the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, and serving as a resource to county departments for strategic planning and analysis. The selected individual will support the newly created Office of Performance and Engagement in a multi-faceted role. This position reports to the Performance & Engagement Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with major course work in business or public administration or a related field, AND four (4) years of full-time professional experience in performing administrative, budgetary, operational or similar analyses and studies. Professional level experience that has provided the skills and knowledge necessary to perform all job functions at this level may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two years. Experience in a public agency setting and project or programmatic lead experience is desirable.

Licensing and Certification: Specified positions may be required to possess a valid Nevada Class C driver's license at time of appointment.
