MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
OPTION I: One year of experience supervising the activities of a group of real property agents engaged in negotiations and transactions related to the acquisition and management of real property at the level of the Los Angeles County class of Senior Real Property Agent *

OPTION II: One year of experience, in a supervisory capacity, managing marina properties, concessionaires and matters relating to boating, beaches or a basic knowledge in Maritime Law and boating issues.

PHYSICAL CLASS
Physical Class II - Light: This class includes administrative and clerical positions requiring light physical effort that may include occasional light lifting to a 10 pound limit and some bending, stooping, or squatting. Considerable ambulation may be involved.

LICENSE
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT INFORMATION:

EXAMINATION CONTENT

This examination will consist of TWO (2) parts:

Part I: A multiple choice and/or simulation assessment(s), weighted 50%, assessing:

Part II: An evaluation of Training and Experience, weighted 50%, assessing:

ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION
The names of candidates receiving a passing grade in the examination will be placed on the eligible list in the order of their score group for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of promulgation.
