Working closely with regional and global partners, you will support deployment readiness, testing, go-live activities, and post-deployment stabilization while helping ensure business continuity across multiple sites throughout the Americas.The Role & Your ImpactAs the Americas S/4 Specialist, you will serve as a critical coordination point between regional business teams, project leadership, implementation partners, and site stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative role that combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, deployment support, and PMO execution to help ensure successful adoption of S/4 across the Americas.Key responsibilities include:Support planning and execution of S/4 deployment activities across the AmericasCoordinate business participation throughout Explore, Build, Realize, testing, deployment preparation, go-live, and hypercare phases.Develop and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, action logs, decision logs, and dependency trackers.Prepare governance materials including dashboards, presentations, status updates, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.Partner with site managers, supervisors, super users, and end users to drive engagement, readiness, and issue visibility.Support testing logistics, deployment readiness activities, go-live execution, risk identification, and hypercare follow-up.Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities, escalating concerns through the Americas PMO as appropriate.Help sites prepare for operational impacts and business continuity requirements during testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.What You'll Need to Be SuccessfulBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.2-5 years of experience supporting business processes, projects, programs, operations, or continuous improvement initiatives.Experience coordinating activities involving multiple stakeholders, functions, locations, or competing priorities.Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on established timelines.Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities.Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and drive action through influence.Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced project environment.Additional Skills & Interests We ValueExperience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, ERP, or business operations environments.Exposure to SAP, S/4HANA, or other enterprise transformation programs.Experience supporting testing, deployment, change management, or go-live activities.Experience preparing leadership presentations, dashboards, executive communications, and status reporting.Experience facilitating workshops, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and driving action-oriented follow-up.Interest in business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.What We OfferWe offer an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation program that will shape the future of our business operations across the Americas.
