The OpportunityAs an Investigations and Forensics Consulting Intern, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you support teams in delivering investigation and forensic services to address fraud, misconduct, disputes, and regulatory or legal matters. You will have the chance to learn and apply professional and technical standards, gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies and practices.As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects. You will gather information from a range of sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, committing to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness.Responsibilities Supporting forensic investigations by gathering and analyzing evidence related to potential fraud and misconductParticipating in compliance risk assessments to identify and manage risks associated with non-compliance with laws and regulationsAssisting in the development of strategies for fraud prevention and detection to mitigate financial and reputational risksEngaging in data analytics to derive insights and support investigative processesCollaborating with teams to conduct forensic accounting and financial crime investigationsObserving and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologiesContributing to the preparation of reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to clientsApplying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and understanding of regulatory enforcement and corporate governanceSupporting client engagements by providing assistance in regulatory compliance and governance solutionsActively listening and accepting feedback to improve performance and contribute effectively to team goalsWhat You Must Have Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degreeClient service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program.
