Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsBachelor's degree in fashion design or related field8+ years of design experience, with strong focus on intimatesStrong understanding of lingerie construction, fit, and materialsProven ability to balance creative design with commercial outcomesExperience Working In Global Or Matrixed Organizations PreferredUnderstanding of China consumer and market dynamicsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft OfficeFluent in Mandarin and EnglishStrong collaboration, communication, and influencing skillsAgile, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyMust be willing to travel up to 2-3 trips annually to China; up to 40 days/ yearMust be willing to flex work hours as needed for China time zone (i.e.: 7-9am and pm)We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
