Job OverviewPay Range: $63.07hr - $68.07hrRequirement/Must HaveExperience working for a state health department.Possess a high school diploma.At least 6 months' experience with the organization.At least 1 year of experience reviewing and approving 911 Public Safety Telecommunicator (PST) Training Programs.ResponsibilitiesOversee contractor staff responsible for PST renewal processing, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed in accordance with organizational procedures.Receive and organize renewal applications.Manage correspondence and conduct data entry.Perform related administrative work.Oversee administrative processes related to 911 Public Safety Telecommunicator Training Program approvals and renewals.Conduct application reviews and monitor for compliance with statutory requirements.Support staff in processing initial and renewal program applications.Assign daily and weekly workloads to PST renewal contractors and monitor progress to ensure completion within required timelines.Coordinate and support activities to ensure that federal and state funding is used efficiently and effectively and established timeframes are adhered to.Review contractor outputs for accuracy and completeness.Ensure contractors track and report weekly work hours as required.Provide ongoing process guidance and resolve bottlenecks.Coordinate with staff on workflow adjustments and procedural clarifications.Oversee and support the processing of 911 PST Training Program initial approvals and renewals, including coordinating application intake and tracking review progression.Assist with compliance verification and ensure consistent application of statutory and procedural requirements.Serve as the primary liaison between the Contract Manager, Licensing and Investigations Unit Manager, and contract personnel.Create a weekly summary report detailing contractor performance, processing volume, challenges encountered, and any proposed improvements.Escalate operational risks, deficiencies, or data security concerns immediately.Evaluate current renewal processing workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, or turnaround time.Recommend standardized procedures and quality assurance methods.Assess and recommend improvements to administrative processes associated with PST Training Program approvals and renewals to support consistency, accuracy, and compliance.SkillsProject Management.PST Renewal Processing.Compliance Monitoring.Administrative Support.Workflow Optimization.Quality Assurance.Qualification And EducationHigh school diploma.
