Contingent Workforce Program SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Program Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a large contingent workforce program. This role will work closely with internal business partners, staffing suppliers, and workforce stakeholders to help ensure contingent worker processes run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with established procedures.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow their experience in contingent workforce management, staffing operations, vendor management, HR operations, or program coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the onboarding, offboarding, and assignment management of contingent workersMaintain accurate worker and assignment information within a Vendor Management System (VMS)Monitor required documentation and help ensure compliance with established program processesTrack program activity, compile data, and assist with reports and KPI summariesCoordinate communication between hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and internal business partnersRespond to routine program questions and help troubleshoot basic process or system issuesEscalate more complex issues to the appropriate team membersAssist with audits, data validation, and general program administrationParticipate in process improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and improve the overall contingent workforce experienceQualifications1–3 years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, workforce management, program coordination, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointComfortable working with data, systems, and process-driven workflowsExperience with a Vendor Management System (VMS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or HRIS is preferred but not requiredIdeal BackgroundCandidates with experience in staffing agencies, MSP programs, contingent labor programs, recruiting coordination, HR operations, vendor management, or workforce administration are strongly encouraged to apply.
