Position Summary: Are you passionate about solving complex business problems through data, analytics, and innovation? As a Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will play a key role in delivering analytical solutions that drive business decisions, improve operational performance, and enhance the customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact analytics projects, partner with cross-functional teams, and develop scalable reporting, models, and insights that influence business outcomes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering partners, and fellow analysts to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and deliver actionable recommendations backed by data.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify key challenges and develop data-driven hypotheses and research plans.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics models and prototypes to support business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to inform functional initiatives and decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and successful delivery of analytics solutions.
- Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team to enhance skills and drive business results.
- Foster strong partnerships across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support analytics initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics
