Summary
Insight Global is seeking an Archaeologist (SME level) to join one of our largest customers in support of a federal program. The Archaeological SME will be responsible for the support of cultural resource management, historic preservation, and compliance activities for federal projects nationwide. This role provides archaeological expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including environmental reviews, cultural resource investigations, stakeholder coordination, report preparation, and regulatory compliance. The position works closely with Historic Preservation staff, project teams, state and federal agencies, Tribal representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure archaeological and cultural resource requirements are appropriately addressed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, Historic Preservation, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cultural resource management, archaeology, or historic preservation.
- Experience preparing and reviewing archaeological technical reports.
- Knowledge of NHPA Section 106, NAGPRA, NEPA, and associated cultural resource regulations.
- Experience coordinating with SHPOs, THPOs, Tribal Nations, and regulatory agencies.
