About the Role:

Are you passionate about helping people and improving processes? The Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) is seeking a Human Resources Analyst who is energized by supporting people through meaningful moments in their careers. In this role, you will be closely partnered with the Leaves & Accommodation team and the Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) team, serving as a trusted resource to employees and supervisors navigating complex, sensitive processes. You’ll ensure fair, consistent, and equitable HR practices while bringing clarity, compassion, and accuracy to every interaction.
