Job Description:

Human Resources Advisor

Purpose:

Under general direction, provides management and employee groups journey-level professional human resources (HR) support on a broad range of HR issues and decisions. Responsible for the implementation of services and programs in one or more areas of HR.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

This temporary position is housed within the Employment Team and is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for Austin Water. The role oversees all phases of the recruitment process. The selected candidate must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to cultivate strong, professional relationships with hiring managers.

Pay Range:

$65,390.00 - $81,740.00 Annually

Position(s) will be filled at the following location:
625 E. Waller Creek Center Austin, TX 78701

Days and Hours:

Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (with some flexibility)
